PBD files containing specific target peptides bound to CaM can be found by entering a keyword, gene name, UniProt number, species or RSCB code. The retrieved data can be filtered by Membrane Transport Protein and/or CaM Binding Motif. Filtering on the CaM Binding Motif retrieves all PDB files that contain the motif in the target peptide; the filter does not discern whether CaM is binding to that specific motif in the structure.
